Greg heads up our transport and infrastructure practice and advises clients on how to deliver critical urban development and infrastructure projects. An experienced executive, director, advisor and consultant, Greg is passionate about delivering positive outcomes for businesses, cities and communities. Greg has recent CEO and C-suite experience working in large public transport organisations in both the public and private sectors. Prior to this, he led company turnarounds, and worked in the consulting sector at senior leadership levels.

Raphael heads up our reputation management practice and advises a range of private and public sector clients.  He helps clients engage with key stakeholders and successfully manage reputation risk. Before joining Agite, Raphael was Managing Partner for a leading communications firm where he worked for 15 years. Prior to that, he was head of corporate responsibility at Vodafone NZ and was seconded to Vodafone Group in the UK for two years. In the early 90s, Raphael worked as a reporter on The Dominion newspaper and as a press secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister.

Emma is a senior consultant with expertise in strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. She has more than 10 years’ experience consulting to clients in both the public and private sectors with a focus on strategic communications and risk management combined with practical implementation. Emma has worked on several high profile, complex issues, including the government’s COVID-19 response and several complex public sector reform programmes. Before joining Agite, Emma worked held several consultancy roles and was named the Public Relations Institute Sally Logan-Milne Young Practitioner of the Year in 2022.

Tiare has a background in business development, strategic marketing, communications and public policy - with a strong focus on Pacific policy.  An experienced managing director and strategic advisor known for delivering results in both the public and private sectors, she has over 15 years’ experience leading teams to improve performance outcomes.  Tiare has a strong working knowledge of consumer and organisational behaviour. She thrives on building effective and meaningful relationships to achieve better outcomes for organisations and communities. Before joining Agite, Tiare was working with government agencies providing high-quality policy advice and resetting strategic policy frameworks.

Campbell heads up our Local Government and Partnerships Practice and advises clients on governance, risk management, community and stakeholder engagement, and decision-making. As an experienced and successful Mayor in the Hutt Valley, and former Vice President of Local Government New Zealand, Campbell brings deep knowledge and practical experience of the sector. He is focused on delivering better outcomes at a local level, while also driving change that benefits regions and the country as a whole. Campbell enjoys building strong partnerships across government, iwi, business, and community sectors to deliver meaningful outcomes for people and place, and values innovation above all.

Paula is a senior communications consultant, specialising in research, planning and reputation management. She helps organisations to communicate complex issues to a wide range of audiences.  ​Paula previously helped membership bodies to improve their engagement with key stakeholders, through effective strategy and implementation. ​Before starting her communications career, Paula was an environmental scientist working in the water and solid waste sectors.

Kevin is a senior consultant with a career background spanning the public and private sector focusing on relationship management and investment project development. Following an early period of military service, he worked for financial service institutions, state-owned enterprises, and government funding agencies, connecting business and external stakeholders – often navigating challenging regulatory and commercial transactions and programmes of change. Most recently, Kevin has worked on investment initiatives within the energy space, alongside business case development for novel infrastructure partnerships. Afterhours, he enjoys helping bring community theatre to life, and is active on several community boards.

Samantha is our Office Manager and organisation specialist, supporting the Agite team and various clients. She has experience providing assistance to C-suite executives and leadership teams in both general office day to day and ongoing projects.  Samantha joined Agite in November after working in various office manager roles in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands. Prior to this she gained a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Victoria University of Wellington and has a special interest in environmental policy.
